Concrete Worker - Remish, Kenya


We are hiring a skilled and dedicated Concrete Worker to join our construction team in Remish, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to blueprints and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and be physically fit to perform the required tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction site by setting up scaffolding and installing temporary structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, chalk lines, or marking gauges
- Use hand tools or power tools to shape, smooth, or cut materials to specified measurements
- Mix concrete using hand or power tools according to project specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surface using trowels or screeds
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing to enhance appearance of concrete surfaces
- Repair damaged concrete surfaces as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools related to concrete work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid biometric passport
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
