Civil Engineer - City Development Specialist


As a Civil Engineer - City Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various city development projects. Your main focus will be on creating sustainable and efficient solutions for urban development, while adhering to all safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility
- Collaborating with city planners, architects, and other professionals to develop project plans
- Preparing detailed designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Procuring necessary materials and equipment for construction
- Overseeing construction activities on-site to ensure quality control and adherence to plans
- Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in city development projects
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Wiltz (Relocation assistance available if necessary)
