Part-Time Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and managing the culinary team in our restaurant located in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef, with a strong background in fine dining and menu creation. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menus
- Knowledge of current food trends and techniques
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport required for international candidates
- Must be able to provide own accommodation
