Responsibilities:

- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct
- Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or store policies
- Promote store credit cards or loyalty programs to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a customer service role preferred but not required
- Good math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
