Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are a leading architecture firm based in the US and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that it meets client requirements and adheres to building codes and regulations
- Develop project budgets and schedules and monitor progress throughout each phase
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure that designs can be successfully implemented
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the design or construction process
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and communicate complex concepts to clients
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1400/month without accommodation (accommodation can be arranged at an additional cost)

Location: US (visa sponsorship available for all nationalities)
