Indian Merchandiser in Al-Rayyan

We are currently hiring an Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective strategies to increase sales and maximize profits. You will work closely with buyers, suppliers, and product development teams to ensure that the right products are available at the right time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans in line with company goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery times
- Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with logistics teams
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve product performance
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels
- Plan product promotions and markdowns to clear excess inventory
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper display of products and adherence to brand guidelines
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and selling techniques

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa or own visa in Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

Salary:
1700$ per month
