Construction Manager (Indian Nationals)


A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Indian nationality is preferred for this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost estimates
- Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, progress reports, and documentation

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that this role does not include accommodation.
