In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance. You will also be in charge of hiring and managing subcontractors and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction regulations and standards. Good communication skills are also essential as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and accommodation provided.
