Office Assistant
We are searching for a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Order office supplies and keep inventory levels in check
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Help with event planning and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Must have own visa/student visa to work legally in Mauren
