Part-Time Office Administrator
The Part-Time Office Administrator will be responsible for handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional setting. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, including scheduling, sending out reminders, and preparing materials
- Assisting with data entry and file management tasks
- Providing general administrative support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role; experience in a professional setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to pass a background check
