As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and regulating online forums, discussions, and social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies. Your role will also involve mediating disputes and maintaining a positive and respectful online environment for users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, forums, and social media platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Mediate disputes between users and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Identify potential issues or violations and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities
- Collaborate with other team members to improve community engagement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Social Sciences or related field preferred
- Previous experience in moderating online communities or social media platforms is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media trends and etiquette
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with various online moderation tools is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month
