Part-time Handyman



We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. As a Handyman, your main responsibility will be to provide maintenance and repair services for our residential and commercial properties. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but previous handyman or maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
- Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
- Visa sponsorship and flight ticket will also be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the properties.
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or necessary repairs.
- Keep track of inventory for supplies and equipment needed for repairs.
- Communicate with property managers or tenants to address any maintenance requests.
