Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Merchandiser



We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Sales Merchandiser to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in sales and merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with retail store managers to ensure our products are displayed prominently and attractively
- Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
- Implement promotional plans and strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about features and benefits to potential customers
- Keep track of competitor's products, prices, and promotions in order to provide feedback to management
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we will provide training on merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and sales skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages such as Hindi or Punjabi would be an advantage due to the diverse nature of our customer base
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Salary: 1600$ per month plus commission on sales
