Executive Chef - Malayalees Only

We are urgently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Malayalee, you will bring your unique cultural and culinary background to our diverse kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and ensure the delivery of high-quality meals that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect Malayalee cuisine and incorporate local ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for kitchen staff based on business needs
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Malayalee cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (accommodation not provided)
