Sales Manager - Khasab Sales Team Leader
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Khasab, focusing on the Nepali and foreign markets. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in sales management. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and guide the team to achieve targets, as well as develop and implement effective sales strategies. They must also have a good understanding of the Nepali market and customer preferences. This is a commission-based role with a salary of $1200 per month, without accommodation. It is suitable for male candidates who are fluent in English and have previous sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team in Khasab
- Set targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Motivate team members to meet or exceed targets
- Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences
- Develop relationships with customers to increase sales
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports on sales performance
Requirements:
