Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Clairvaux

We are a prestigious fine dining restaurant in the charming city of Clairvaux, known for our exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take food and drink orders, and make recommendations
- Serve food and beverages to guests with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or requests
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions to increase revenue
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and proper set-up of tables, dining room, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in a fine dining setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is an advantage)
- Knowledge of wine pairings and familiarity with different types of cuisine
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
