Shaper for Surfboard Manufacturing Company in Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are a surfboard manufacturing company based in Dubrovnik, Croatia looking for a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating custom surfboards according to customer specifications using various shaping techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize shaping tools and techniques to create high-quality surfboards
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Interpret and apply design plans to create unique surfboard shapes
- Use various materials such as foam, fiberglass, and resin to shape the board
- Ensure all finished boards meet quality standards before delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shaper in the surfboard industry
- In-depth knowledge of different shaping techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise shapes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubrovnik and live in provided accommodation
