Shaper - Surfboard Designer


As a Surfboard Designer in Dubrovnik, you will be responsible for shaping and designing high-quality surfboards for our company. Your main duties will include creating unique and functional designs, using various tools and techniques to shape the boards, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. You will also be responsible for researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in surfboard design, as well as collaborating with other team members to develop new products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surfboard Designer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different surfboard shapes and designs
- Proficiency in using various shaping tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Creativity and passion for surfing and surfboard design

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company.
