Welder - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are a leading construction company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and we are currently seeking experienced Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark metal according to specifications
- Operate welding equipment safely and accurately
- Join or cut metal pieces using various welding techniques (e.g. MIG, TIG, stick)
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Repair damaged parts by welding on new sections or patching holes
- Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary protective gear

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with safety precautions in a construction environment
- Good physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
