We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Monitor market competition and make necessary adjustments to maintain a competitive edge
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Nepal is preferred
