Teamlead - Project Management (English-speaking)

As a Teamlead in our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers to ensure successful completion of projects. Your main role will be to provide direction, guidance, and support to your team members, while also ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers and provide overall direction and guidance
- Assign projects and tasks to team members based on their skills, strengths, and availability
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review project status, discuss challenges, and provide updates on company policies or procedures
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement
- Develop training materials or conduct workshops to improve the skills of your team members in project management techniques
- Collaborate with other departments or stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or changes in existing projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
- Proven experience as a project manager with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Experience working with international teams is preferred
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
