Team Lead (English-speaking) in Remish

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our company in Remish. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of employees to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise team members to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Delegate tasks and manage workload distribution among team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
- Create and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and meet company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role or similar position
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team towards achieving objectives
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
