Sales Manager for Women's English Speaking Market in Herzliya, Egypt



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Egypt. As the Sales Manager for the English speaking market, you will be responsible for developing and growing our women's product sales within this target market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach the English speaking market, specifically targeting women
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to increase sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective campaigns targeting this specific market segment
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and coaching as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the women's fashion or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Willingness to travel for work
