Sales Manager - Herzliya, Israel
We are searching for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Herzliya. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with key clients. Your strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven track record in sales will make you a valuable asset to our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their individual targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights on performance against targets
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development) to support overall business objectives
- Train new team members on products, sales techniques, and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum 3 years)
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building successful teams
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry competitors
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
