Puncher - Metal Fabrication Specialist

As a Puncher - Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for creating holes and shapes in metal pieces using various tools such as punches, drills, and lasers. This role requires a strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques and the ability to read technical drawings. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality and accuracy of the finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various tools to punch holes and create shapes in metal pieces according to technical drawings
- Operate equipment such as drills, punches, and lasers to complete tasks
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all work performed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or Metal Fabrication Specialist
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
- Physical strength and stamina for working with heavy materials and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Pula, Croatia (open to all nationalities)
