Junior Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Braga. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial statements, budgeting, and preparing tax documents. You must have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing an accounting degree.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records
- Help with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare tax documents and assist with tax filings
- Conduct account reconciliations and assist in audits
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month.

Location: Braga, Portugal. This position does not include accommodation.
