We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in the solar industry, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer instructions and electrical codes
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Work with clients to explain system installation and provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on roofs or other elevated structures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the solar industry or related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physically fit and able to work at heights

Preferred Qualifications:
- NABCEP certification or equivalent training in solar installation
- Experience with a variety of solar panel brands and models
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations pertaining to solar installations

Salary: 1200$ per month, negotiable based on experience.

Location: This is a full-time position located in Oslo, Norway. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Norway.
