Collections Officer

A reputable collections agency in Mombasa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Officer to join our team. This is a contract position, suitable for foreigners with no English language requirement. As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients. Your main duties will include contacting clients via phone and email, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. No previous experience is required, but strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role offers a salary of $1200 per month and does not include accommodation.
