As a Tutor for English Language Learners, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective instruction to students of all ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through one-on-one or group lessons. This position is based in Alta, Norway and is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and provide feedback on their progress
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation and growth
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to make learning enjoyable and effective
- Communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Native or proficient level of English language proficiency
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learners
