Chat operator vacancy in Kiev Ukraine

Role: Chat Operator (Text-Only) — Remote

Schedule: 4-hour slots (08:00–12:00 / 12:00–16:00 / 16:00–20:00 / 20:00–24:00 EET) or 8-hour shifts (08:00–16:00 / 16:00–00:00 / 00:00–08:00), 5/2.

Compensation: Performance-based — % of net team revenue + bonuses. Month 1: promo up to 50% on a fixed volume. From Month 2: 35–50% depending on results and speed of meeting plan. Monthly payouts after the 25th.

What you’ll do

• Handle text conversations on international platforms using ready scripts (translator allowed: Google/DeepL).
• Keep response time/quality, ask clarifying questions, and guide users to paid activities allowed by platform rules.
• Log outcomes in CRM/spreadsheet, follow checklists, report at end of shift.
• Work within policies; no external messengers/contacts.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian or Ukrainian (English is a plus).
• Laptop/PC and stable internet (Speedtest link is welcome).
• Fast typing, accuracy, discipline; ability to follow scripts.
• Experience is not required—we’ll train.
