Role: HR Manager / Team Lead (Chat Operations) — Remote
Compensation: Performance-based — % of team net revenue + bonuses (higher rate if you bring your own team). Monthly payouts.
What you’ll do
- Source, recruit, onboard and coach chat operators/translators.
- Run the hiring funnel end-to-end: job posts on Jooble, Flagma, Layboard, Telegram, 999.md, Freelance.chat, Makler, etc.
- Set up playbooks/scripts, training, schedules and coverage.
- Monitor quality & KPIs (response time, conversation quality, conversion to paid activities, retention).
- Keep the team active and compliant; minimize errors, chargebacks and policy violations.
- Report weekly results and improve processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as HR / Team Lead in chat-operations/support (experience in dating/relationship platforms is a plus).
- Strong sourcing & screening skills; comfortable with metrics, CRM/ATS and spreadsheets.
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian (English is a plus).
- Laptop/PC with stable internet.
- Ownership, responsibility and the ability to motivate people.
- Bonus: you have your own team of operators you can onboard.
