Contract Attorney

Our law firm in Medina is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Contract Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position involves working on a variety of contracts, including but not limited to employment agreements, lease agreements, and licensing agreements.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting contracts
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations
- Advising clients on the legal implications of contracts
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms
- Representing clients in contract disputes or negotiations

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Medina
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
