Barista - Coffee Specialist (Egyptian or Canadian) in Dubai

Our bustling coffee shop in Dubai is seeking a skilled Barista with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in creating and serving delicious coffee beverages, while also providing exceptional customer experiences.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are either Egyptian or Canadian, as we value diversity and cultural exchange within our team. No English language proficiency is required, but fluency in Arabic or French would be an advantage.

Your main responsibilities will include brewing and preparing various types of coffee drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, and providing friendly and efficient service to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to participate in trainings and workshops to further develop your skills as a Coffee Specialist.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and air ticket to Dubai. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a dynamic international environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role, with knowledge of different brewing techniques and latte art. You should also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
