Barista - Coffee Specialist (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a renowned coffee shop chain in Dubai, known for our exceptional quality and customer service. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and a passion for coffee
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate coffee machines and equipment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders while providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to our standards
- Educate customers about our coffee selection and brewing methods
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve skills

Salary: $1200/month, plus tips. Visa sponsorship provided. Accommodation allowance available for candidates outside of Dubai.
