Experienced Barista

A popular café in Herzliya is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a barista, preferably in a fast-paced café environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Suggest menu items and upsell products to customers
- Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume orders
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Must have valid work permit for Israel

Salary: $1300/month with potential for bonuses based on performance.
