We are a bustling coffee shop seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality coffee beverages and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, and ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have about our menu or products
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies to ensure there are no shortages
- Collaborate with other team members to create new drinks or improve existing ones
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment (1+ years)
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
- Strong communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is an advantage)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
