Guest Services Concierge
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Services Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled to their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1500 per month
This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
