Seasonal Concierge (English-speaking)


We are a luxury hotel located in Al-Rayyan, seeking an Indian national to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or needs they may have during their stay. This is a seasonal position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with guests
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- 12th pass candidates are welcome to apply
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities based on guest preferences
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events as requested
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of concierge desk
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned by management

Salary: 1300$ per month
