Job Title: Office Assistant (Funchal, Portugal)

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. A minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment is required. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
