Head Chef at Luxury Hotel in Vianden
Our luxury hotel in Vianden is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase the finest local and international cuisine, while ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. You will manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, oversee inventory and ordering, maintain food safety standards, and manage food costs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, experience leading a team, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and international cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to create innovative menus using seasonal ingredients
- Experience managing inventory, ordering, and controlling food costs
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
