Concierge in Luxury Hotel - US


A prestigious luxury hotel in the US is seeking a professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide personalized recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, attractions, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests and assist with luggage handling
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local area and attractions to assist guests with planning their stay
- Ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist with coordinating special requests or celebrations for guests
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times and adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
Salary for this position is $1200 per month with full-time hours. Accommodation may be provided.
