Seasonal Concierge in the US



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Seasonal Concierge to join our team in the US. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients during their stay, ensuring that all of their needs and requests are met. This is a seasonal position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to promote to guests
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Coordinate special requests or arrangements for guests such as room decorations or special occasion celebrations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Please note that this is an own visa job, so candidates must have their own authorization to work in the US.
