Architectural Designer

Our architecture firm in Faro is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both design and technical skills, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects, using their creativity and understanding of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs for architectural projects
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet client's requirements
- Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and visualizations using various software programs
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to inform design decisions
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals during construction phase to ensure design intent is executed accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas to clients.

Salary: $1800 per month

Location: Faro, Portugal (accommodation provided)
