Loader Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Loader Supervisor for our company located in Ajman. This role will primarily involve overseeing and managing a team of loaders to ensure efficient and safe loading of goods onto vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods onto vehicles
- Assign tasks to loaders based on their skills and experience
- Train new loaders on correct loading procedures and safety regulations
- Monitor loading processes to ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping track of loaded goods and ensuring proper documentation is completed
- Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading schedules and prioritize tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, loading procedures, and safety regulations
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in inventory records
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month with accommodation provided. Free visa and ticket will also be provided by the company.
