Junior Accountant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Al Ahmadi. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or pursuing degree)
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role (internships or part-time work included)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) proficiency is a plus

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Al Ahmadi. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates if needed.
