Our flower shop in Izhevsk is seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful arrangements and designs using fresh flowers and other materials. You will also assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their special occasions.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and other materials needed for arrangements
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral designs to meet their needs and budget
- Provide excellent customer service by answering any questions or concerns about the floral arrangements
- Ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements to customers
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Participate in promotional events and workshops to showcase your skills

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to create unique designs based on customer preferences
- Excellent customer service skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
