We are a leading solar energy company based in Utena and we are seeking hardworking and skilled Solar Installers to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to assess the location for solar panel installation
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to manufacturer and company guidelines
- Ensure all components are securely fastened and connected properly
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on roofs or elevated structures
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation project
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 900$ per month

We welcome foreigners who have their own visa or work permit in Utena. No English language proficiency is required for this position. We also encourage individuals without prior experience in solar panel installation to apply as we provide on-the-job training.
