Merchandiser for Retail Store in Lisbon

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Lisbon. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the overall appearance of our store. You will work closely with the store manager to implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Manage inventory levels by ensuring proper stock levels and restocking as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, including fitting rooms, displays, and backroom storage areas
- Collaborate with store manager to develop visual merchandising plans that align with company goals
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and make product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Assist with setting up promotional displays or events as needed
