We are in need of an experienced Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Ajman, UAE. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment necessary for making coffee drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed when handling food products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have own valid visa or be willing to obtain one
