Machine Operator Assistant

We are hiring a Machine Operator Assistant to work part-time in our production facility in Lisbon. This is an entry-level position ideal for students or individuals with no prior experience in machine operation. As the Machine Operator Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Machine Operator with setting up, maintaining, and operating various machines used in our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Machine Operator with machine setup and calibration
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with loading and unloading materials onto the machines
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and report any issues or malfunctions to the Machine Operator
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
